Providence Church celebrates family discipleship in a special way during our monthly hymn sings. First we get together for a meal and a time for fellowship. Then we offer families an opportunity to recite their scripture memory work for the month, sing hymns or give a testimony. This time is great encouragement for families who are engaged in family discipleship!
Hymn sings are also a time where like-minded believers can get together and share their burdens and blessings and also a time for young people to get to know each other. It is open to all Christian families in the area engaged in family discipleship.
Please feel welcome to join with us at our next Hymn sing! We gather the second Saturday of the month at 4:30 pm at the church complex for a shared meal. Singing starts at 6:00 pm. We try to finish up by 7:00 pm so everyone can go home and rest for Sunday worship.
